Johari window!!its a tool intended that serves in understanding people's interpersonal communication and relationships.The concept was invented by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham, who combined their first names to create the name of the tool.A Nohari window is the inversion of the Johari window, and is a collection of negative personality traits instead of positive.
